Term Time Only with option for additional casual hours at peak times

Option – 9.15am Monday to Friday

Option 2 3 – 5.45pm Monday to Friday

Option 3 covering both roles Monday to Friday

We have a passionate and ambitious team of circa 45 staff who take great pride in supporting 140 children aged 0 -5 in a stimulating, exciting, educational and fun environment at our modern facility based at Wellesley Way, Sleaford. In addition, we provide a Before and After School club which plays a key role in the community by offering this provision to 78 children.

Whilst some childcare or nursery experience would be desirable, we will provide a full training and induction programme for the right candidate Our Play Workers responsibilities include ensuring safety for children on the walk to and from school and setting up an attractive and exciting play space ensuring that hygiene and health and safety standards are met. A basic food safety certificate would be desirable as refreshments and snacks will be provided for the children. You will need to understand the principles of safeguarding children (to be tested at interview) and be willing to undertake all development opportunities offered.
