Some responsibilities are detailed below - Ideally you will have experience with most of the following:

  • Responsible for the installation, commissioning, service and maintenance of the group product range - this includes feeding systems, camera systems, power infrastructure, lights, feed barge ancillary systems and ROV net cleaners.
  • Configuring radio, routing and switching network equipment.
  • Complete job activity electronically and ensure all required parts to complete are captured.
  • Setup and maintenance of PTP & PTMP Wireless Access Devices, including links to ensure high quality throughput and capacity
  • Remote support to Service Team and customers along with an out of hours on call rota
  • Excellent computer and network fault diagnostic skills
  • Experience with providing 1st& 2nd line IT support
  • Experience within Windows environments.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP)
  • Experience working in a customer facing role.
  • HND qualification
  • Full UK driving licence
