One team focused on the consumer

Deliver an extraordinary client experience through Brand storytelling and by fostering synergies between categories to drive sales in store or via out-reach Build a loyal client database of Very Important Customers (VICs) leveraging the company clienteling and digital resources Communicate consistently with the team to ensure excellent client service and with the manager on commercial opportunities and providing client feedback Ralph Lauren Brand Ambassador

Create a unique and elevated environment in line with the Ralph Lauren sales code Embody the Ralph Lauren values and spirit Support the manager(s) developing the team's product knowledge and Selling Culture Operations

Be an expert of the Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and to build the client database Participate in-store merchandising activities in line with the Ralph Lauren standards and creative directives Maintain established operational and merchandising store standards Pay Range Max
