The Role:

The firm is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Employment Lawyer to lead their Employment department in Liverpool.

You will be responsible for leading and directing the growth of the Employment Department while being supported by the firm in marketing and networking. You will be starting in a warm position and can leverage their existing client base and cross referrals from their strong departments as a full-service firm.

The role comes with excellent prospects for progression, with clear Equity Partnership prospects and the opportunity to develop and grow a team.

Requirements:

You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to experience)A transferable client base or contacts is highly advantageousComfortable developing business and generating workPrevious experience in leading a team is desirable
