What you will do in your working day

Throughout the apprenticeship you will:
  • Develop knowledge and skills around health, safety and the environment
  • Learn the theory and practical applications of manufacturing processes which includes product quality
  • Understand and apply food safety principles
  • Develop other skills such as teamworking, problem solving and project management
    The training you will be getting

    The apprenticeship will combine on-the-job training alongside an academic programme of learning towards nationally recognised qualification Level 4 in Brewing Apprenticeship.

    Brewing Technicians.
