Role Overview: The WTG Technician will be responsible for comprehensive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of wind turbine generators (WTGs). The role demands a commitment to maintaining the highest operational standards and strict compliance with safety and environmental policies, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the wind turbines.

Responsibilities:

• Perform both preventative and corrective maintenance on WTGs.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of technical data and operational activities.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with the site team to optimize turbine performance and reliability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WTG Technician or similar role in the wind energy industry.
• Technical certification or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of wind turbine technology, including mechanics, electrics, and hydraulics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
