Are you interested in overseeing complex BMS operations and maintenance, ensuring systems run efficiently and effectively? My client is in search of a BMS Supervisor to bolster their team.

In this role, you will serve as the go-to expert for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting a range of complex projects.

You'll provide essential support to your team and technical guidance across various departments, from electrical and mechanical teams to building surveying and project teams.

Your responsibilities will include project procurement, overseeing design teams, preparing tender documents, and managing maintenance tasks—from preventative to breakdown maintenance, as well as supervising installation work.

  • Support for professional development
  • A collaborative team environment
  • A role that offers significant impact and personal growth opportunities

My client is committed to maintaining high standards and values the contribution of each team member in achieving their goals.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of BMS, particularly systems like TREND IQQ/IQ4- IQ Vision and Honeywell 5000, alongside qualifications in Electrical or HVAC fields.

However, they will also look at candidates that are willing to take on additional training and development from a similar role at a slightly lower level.

Your ability to communicate with technical concepts effectively and your practical experience with BMS workstations will be crucial.

Moreover, a solid background in team leading or supervising maintenance personnel and a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems and health and safety regulations are desirable.
