Overview of the role of PSHE Teacher:

· We are looking for a qualified PSHE Teacher that can help students with a range of special educational needs

· Help students access Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education and achieve their very best

· Experience teaching through a spiral programme, revisiting concepts and topic areas, each time extending knowledge, deepening understanding and developing skills

· Working alongside relevant internal and external professionals such as psychologists and therapists

We would love to hear from people who:

· Passionate champions of students with SEND

· At least two years' experience minimum of working in a SEND environment

The Pupils arrive at Park House School with a history of disrupted schooling. The school seeks to re-establish the concept of learning as a positive and enjoyable experience and ensure each pupil reaches their true potential. Every pupil has individual targets relating to both academic and behavioural achievements that are reviewed regularly to ensure positive progress is being made.
