We're assisting our highly-respected client, based in Birmingham, in seeking an experienced and ambitious Family Solicitor to join their forward-thinking, friendly team. Offering a unique working environment, they blend professional excellence with a personal approach.

In this role, you'll enjoy a top of market salary as well as great opportunities to progress your position within the firm. Furthermore, our client is pleased to offer the flexibility of a hybrid working model, allowing for up to 2 days working from home, demonstrating their commitment to staff wellbeing.

You will play a crucial role managing a caseload focused on the financial side of family law as well as private children and general private family aspects. You'll also have the rewarding opportunity to attend court and participate in the business development side of the company.

To excel in this role, you'll need 3+ PQE or bring substantial pre-qualified experience as a family paralegal. Previous experience in a private practice, ideally a boutique type of firm, is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and enthusiastic about developing the team and engaging in business development activities.
