Mobile HGV Mechanic

Job role: Mobile HGV Mechanic

Location: Hayes

Money: £21.00 per hour + VAN + FUEL CARD

Shift: Permanent Day Shift – Monday to Friday + 1 in 5 Weekend breakdown cover

My client, a prestigious commercial vehicle maintenance company is actively seeking to employ a Mobile HGV Mechanic in the Hayes area. Working on vehicles no older than five years old, the successful Mobile HGV Mechanic will be required to undertake general servicing and maintenance, but most of the work will be warranty based.

THIS ROLE IS NOT A ROADSIDE BREAKDOWN POSITION, YOU WILL WORK AT MY CLIENTS' CUSTOMERS DEPOTS IN SPECIALIST VEHICLE WORKSHOPS

Essential attributes for this Mobile HGV Mechanic role:


• NVQ / City & Guilds Level Three Qualifications in Heavy Vehicle Engineering or equivalent


• You MUST have extensive experience in a heavy vehicle engineering environment, either PSV, Dealership or Fleet


• You MUST have a full UK driving licence and a PSV or HGV licence would be a huge benefit


• You MUST be IT literate
