Mortgage & Protection Advisor - Medway, Kent
Are you a mortgage & protection advisor with at least 1-2 years experience looking for a rewarding role in Medway? A thriving estate agency is seeking a talented Senior Mortgage Advisor to join their dynamic team.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to use your expertise in a supportive environment, with warm leads from the estate agency team.
What's on offer:
Competitive basic salary of £28,000 with OTE £70,000
Uncapped commission
Leads generated from estate agency
Key Responsibilities:
Recommend suitable mortgage products from across the market
Meet and exceed performance targets
Nurture client relationships and generate repeat business
Ensure FCA compliance and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
1-2 years of mortgage & protection advisory experience
Driven, motivated by success and results
Ambitious and self-motivated
Resilient, detail oriented and determined
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
