Description
Direct the strategic development of the apprenticeship department.Manage the operational delivery of apprenticeship programmes.Oversee relationships with employers, ensuring high-quality provision and satisfaction.Work closely with internal teams to ensure coordinated and effective delivery.Implement policies and procedures to meet Ofsted requirements.Identify opportunities for growth and development within the department.Promote the institution and apprenticeship programmes to prospective students and employers.Lead, inspire and manage a team to deliver excellent results.ProfileA successful Head of Apprenticeships should have:
Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programmes.Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and apprenticeship standards.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to build strong relationships with employers and external stakeholders.Excellent strategic thinking and operational management skills.Job OfferSalary circa £50,000 per anum.A supportive and inclusive work environment.Opportunities for professional development and growth.
