College Principal

The London College is a long established College of HEI, and a partner of UoD.

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced non-executive Principal to join the College.

The Principal will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision across the operations of the college, driving cultural and organisational change with an impact that extends across the entire academic provisions and partnerships. The student experience will be at the heart of everything you do.

The post holder is also required to work closely with colleagues in partner institutions and with external partners, in line with strategic objectives to comply with our regulators requirement.

The post holder also has shared responsibility with SMT colleagues for leading with innovation and uniting teams under one vision and this role provides a unique platform to influence and share the direction of our quality team and academic provisions.

The Principal, will be responsible directly to the College CEO and will participate in a portfolio that includes Organisational Development, ICT and Digital Transformation, Health and Safety, and Risk Management,

Preference will be given to applicants with extensive experience and successful track of record in the preparation and submission of DAP application with UK regulatory body.

The position will be full time on-campus 5days per week (37.5 hours per week)

Qualification: Phd with extensive public administrative experience in similar position

£78,000 to £90,000. DQE
