Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and impact strategy aligned with Executive Education's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with faculty and our broader learning community to design and deliver cutting-edge, learner- and client-centric programmes that align with industry trends and meet the needs of students and businesses.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive impact assessment framework to measure the effectiveness and outcomes of the business school's programmes and initiatives.
- Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of learning programmes and initiatives.
- Provide effective leadership and guidance to a team of learning professionals, including performance management, coaching and mentorship.
You will possess significant experience in learning and development, innovation management and impact assessment, preferably in a leadership role. You should also demonstrate a strong understanding of pedagogical principles, curriculum design and instructional technology, and exhibit a strategic mindset capable of aligning initiatives with organisational goals.
