Role: Family Solicitor (3 years + PQE)
Location: Banbury, Oxford
Salary: Up to £65,000 (negotiable dependant on experience)
Are you an experienced Family Solicitor with a passion for providing exceptional legal services? Our client, a highly reputable Legal 500 Law Firm with a well-established presence, is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join their dynamic team at their Banbury office. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000 and excellent opportunities for career progression.
About the Role:
As a Family Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE, you will handle a diverse range of family law matters, working within a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases.Providing clear, practical, and high-quality legal advice to clients.Developing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.Representing clients in court and at mediation sessions.Keeping up-to-date with changes in family law and ensuring compliance with legal standards and practices.Working closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions and support.Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in family law.A strong track record of managing a diverse range of family law cases.The ability and willingness to work in the Banbury office.Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.The ability to work well as part of a team and independently.A flexible and adaptable approach to work.Benefits:
