This will suit a proactive HR Business Partner who will enjoy contributing to a mission of excellence in HR practices and employee engagement. Hybrid-2 days per week in the office in Northampton, 3 days based from home.
Main duties and responsibilities:

You will report in to a Senior HR BP and will be responsible for delivering operational HR services, managing complex ER cases from end-end, high risk cases and appeals, developing and delivering training on HR best practice, supporting with change management and business improvement programmes.Support with the implementation of HR initiatives around talent and succession planning, performance management, reward, wellness, engagement, policy changes, resourcing, and organisational effectiveness.You will be responsible for tracking and analysing HR metrics and management information, providing recommendations for improvement.Update, maintain, and promote HR systems to enhance service delivery.Collaborate with the recruitment team to support all recruitment activities, ensuring timely responses and delivery. Skills and experience required:Ideally, part or fully CIPD qualified or equivalent.You must have experience as an HR BP or Junior HR BP.You must have experience managing TUPE, redundancies, and restructures from end-end.
