Housing Disrepair Solicitor
EXPERIENCE:
3+ years' experience
LOCATION:
Lancashire
SALARY:
up to c£48,000 DOE
OVERVIEW:
- You will be responsible for managing a caseload of housing disrepair files, encompassing both litigated and non-litigated cases.
- Demonstrate excellent understanding of local authority landlord issues.
- Knowledge in housing law and a proven track record of dealing with disrepair cases.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and case law.
- Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
