Key Responsibilities:

Field Service duties to aid and conduct in the supply, maintenance, injection testing, installation, commissioning, fault finding and repair of:

  • Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs)
  • Moulded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs)
  • Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCBs)
  • Integral & Static Protection Releases & Relays
  • Low Voltage Switchboards
  • High Voltage Switchboards
  • Changeover Systems
  • Battery Chargers

Office duties to aid and conduct in the preparation of:

  • Site Visit Reporting
  • Test Certificates
  • Method Statements & Risk Assessments (MSRAs)
  • Quotations / Site Surveys
  • Asset Lists
  • Contract Support
  • Telephone Support

Workshop duties maintenance and repair of customer returned items and three tier stock items

Knowledge, skills and qualifications:

Essential:

  • Have completed an HNC/HND level 4 in electrical engineering or similar
  • Minimum 10 years time in service
  • Proven ability to show electrical safety competence
  • Have a clean UK driving licence and is prepared to regular security vetting and drugs & alcohol testing
  • Be available for regular out of normal working hours and overtime

Desirable:

  • Authorised or Senior Authorized Person status

Salary: £45,000 to £48,000 DOE
