Job Description

As a Class 2 HGV HIAB Driver, you will play a crucial role in the transportation and delivery of materials to various civil engineering sites. Your key duties will include:

  • Operating Class 2 HGV vehicles equipped with HIAB cranes
  • Ensuring timely and safe delivery of construction materials and equipment
  • Conducting pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections
  • Adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies
  • Assisting with loading and unloading materials using the HIAB crane
  • Communicating effectively with site managers and project teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Valid Class 2 HGV license
  • Valid DIGI and CPC
  • HIAB certification and proven experience
  • Clean driving record (Maximum of 3 points)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
