Role Description

This is a freelance contract role for a Canvasser / Lead Generation / Business Development professional at LPZ. As part of the role, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and developing client relationships. You will work remotely and have the flexibility to manage your own schedule. Daily tasks may include researching potential clients, making outbound calls, attending networking events, and collaborating with the sales teams in China and UK to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Prior experience in canvassing, lead generation, or business developmentStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsSelf-motivated and target-drivenExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in another language is very useful esp Chinise as most clients are from the Far EastKnowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
