The opportunity

Are you an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst looking to provide 2nd line support in a large enterprise environment?

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our IT Support Services. With a can-do attitude, you'll play a vital role in supporting users both remotely and desk-side, with most of your work being escalated from our IT Service Desk. You'll support both staff and student computers providing a quick response to standard day-to-day issues and requests, as well as engaging with projects.

This role will suit an experienced Support Analyst looking to expand their skill set within a large environment.

Though you'll be based at London College of Communication there may be occasional travel to other UAL sites.

About you

The successful candidate should have experience of the following:

  • Demonstrable experience working in a Second line IT support role within an enterprise environment.
  • Experience of working across Windows and Mac environments, including deployment and configuration of operating systems, hardware maintenance and fault-finding using command line tools.
  • Experience leading and motivating support teams.
  • Experience supporting Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Intune/Entra and other basic network services.
  • Experience of working across an ITIL aligned environment.
  • High level of customer service skills, and an ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
