  • Up to £42,000 + Van and Fuel Card This exciting opportunity to work for a leading property management company situated in Hounslow I am currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based non a static site in Hounslow 4 days a week and a site in the City 1 day a week.
You will need to be electrically qualified and have an all round understanding of most trades, as well as having a proven track record in property / commercial building maintenance.

He or she will be required to attend a property and carry out all aspects of planned and reactive electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £42,000 overtime and a great package. The role also comes with a company van and fuel card. Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pmOvertime AvailableDuties & Responsibilities:Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)Emergency lightingAir Conditioning
  • Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Chillers
