An esteemed international law firm based in the heart of the City of London is seeking a talented and motivated Construction Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of construction litigation cases, including adjudications, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on construction disputes, risk management, and contract interpretation.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft meticulous legal documents, such as pleadings, witness statements, and expert reports.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to deliver integrated legal solutions and support business development initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices to provide clients with the most current legal advice.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and exceptional client service throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in construction litigation.
  • Proven experience in managing construction disputes and achieving successful results for clients.
  • Indepth knowledge of construction law, including relevant legislation, case law, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development and staying current with legal and industry trends.
