The successful candidate will have:

a commitment to raising student achievement at all levelsan imaginative and creative approach to teaching and learninga strong understanding of effective pedagogya desire to work in a team that provides an exceptional range of extra-curricular activities If successful in your application, you will become a valued member of the dynamic and exciting Geography Department. Teaching will be across the ability and age range from Year 7 – Year 13. Hayesfield has a strong professional development programme, which affords many leadership opportunities for all colleagues. All ECTs and teachers new to the school are supported as part of the school's comprehensive induction programme.
