Our new Director of Strategic Commissioning, Quality and Performance is a key role in the leadership of the services we deliver to children, young people and families. Linking together the strategic elements of the service that are core to the delivery of excellent services, including quality assurance, performance management, systemic leadership and business services, as well being responsible for commissioning and partnerships, and our residential provision. This is a critical role across the county council, supporting operational services in delivering excellence, ensuring that assurance and audit processes empower learning and service improvement to maintain and develop excellent standards to support to our most vulnerable individuals so that they receive the support they deserve. You will contribute to the wider strategic thinking within the council, aligning the actions within children's services to the wider corporate plan, empowering teams to support our communities. We are seeking a passionate and transformative leader, who can continue our journey of improvement in a supportive leadership setting.
