- Collaborate with product development and technical support teams to comprehend product offerings and their practical applications.
- Contribute to enhancing the sales process through continuous improvement initiatives.
The person:
We're seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales, customer service, and technical problem-solving.
- A proven track record in client relationship management
- Experience working within a technical industry is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Information:
- This is a full time office based role

- Working in a small and friendly office environment
- Hours of work are between 9am and 5pm with paid lunch break
