About the role

As a Compliance Coordinator you will be part of a growing team, assisting local Transport Managers and Operational Departments across our various depots in the UK and Ireland.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating reports from the internal compliance systems and distributing to all DFDS depots.
  • Checking and managing the documents received.
  • Monitoring the internal compliance systems ensuring our vehicles and drivers are compliant.
  • Reporting anomalies to the UK&I Compliance & Insurance Team Manager.
  • Requesting, checking and organising driver documents (own and agency).
  • Routine reviews of equipment and driver files ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Organising driver improvement courses relating to previous accidents.
  • Working with the team and the Transport Managers resolving any issues arising.
  • Collating information from team members and depots for reporting to the management team.
  • Inform and oversee insurance claims, assist in reporting to the management team.

About you

your work will primarily be computer-based, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. We use bespoke software, but don't worry-training will be provided.
