Location: Based at one of our offices in either Shoreham, Crawley or Horsham. Not WFH

Citizens Advice West Sussex are recruiting a helpline advisor to join their Help Through Hardship (HTH) Team to support vulnerable people, who are in crisis, and emergency need for food provision.

Join our National Help Through Hardship team, exploring circumstances to see how we can support and progress income maximisation through information, advice and signposting.

You will be joining a small team of digital advisers based in West Sussex who support the partnership working with Trussel Trust in trying to end food bank dependency by empowering and supporting people to find solutions to maximise their income.

This is a rewarding role, where you will be trained in the required advice areas to support the diverse communities and vulnerable people accessing the service.
