We're hiring an Order Management Specialist for a global business based in Buckinghamshire.

This is a fixed term contract position, on a hybrid working basis - 3 days a week in the office.
Reporting into the Order Fulfilment Lead, responsibilities will include:
Receiving and reviewing customer orders for accuracy and completeness.Entering orders into the system with precision and efficiency.Coordinating with various departments including sales, warehouse, and shipping to ensure timely order fulfillment.Communicating with customers regarding order status, discrepancies, and any additional information required.Resolving order-related issues and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Maintaining accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.Assisting in optimizing order processing procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Applicants should be available to start imminently. Salary up to £40k plus benefits.
