We are looking to appoint a professional administrator with excellent organisational and strong communication/writing skills to support our school Principal. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where prioritisation and confidentiality are key.

This is a permanent, part-time position, working 37 hours per week , Monday – Thursday: 08.00 – 16.00, Friday: 08.00 – 15.30, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, 40 weeks per year (term time plus school training days and one week worked outside of term time). The salary will be paid at either at Grade 7 or Grade 8, dependent on experience and qualifications.

The Opportunity:

a great chance to work with a strong, inclusive, enthusiastic team, provide strong organisational, administrative and miscellaneous support to the Principal, work closely with the Trust Executive Board and Senior Management Team ,lead on internal and external communication strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will: have a good educational background, including GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths,be an excellent administrator, confident in writing and drafting communications andpublications,possess outstanding communication skills and personal integrity,be able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism,be a team player, with a 'can do', solution focused, attitude.
