Responsibilities:

• Carry out various repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Prioritise safety and follow Health & Safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure homes are safe and wellmaintained.
• Efficiently manage materials and complete repairs on the first visit.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in plumbing, carpentry, or related trades.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
• Carpentry & Plumbing qualifications are preferred but not essential.
• Valid driving licence
