DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Transport Clerk to play a vital role ensuring smooth-running of all transport scheduled activities.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will;

  • Execute the Transport plan to ensure on time deliveries
  • Ensure all delivery notes are issued and drivers are given correct delivery instructions
  • To support the Transport First Line Managers as required
  • Follow procedures so that operation remains legally and process compliant

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a fast moving transport or warehousing environment within an administration capacity would be advantageous
  • An understanding of logistics and supply chain would be advantageous
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
