Description
Lead the strategic development of the apprenticeship provisionEnsure the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship programmesWork closely with employers to understand their needs and tailor programmes accordinglyEnsure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to apprenticeshipsPromote the apprenticeship provision to potential students and employersManage the apprenticeship team to deliver exceptional serviceOversee the recruitment, training, and development of apprenticesImplement continuous improvement strategies to enhance the apprenticeship provisionProfileA successful Head of Apprenticeships should have:
A strong educational background, preferably in education or a related fieldExtensive experience in managing apprenticeship programmesExceptional leadership and team management skillsExcellent understanding of the apprenticeship funding and regulatory environmentStrong ability to develop strategic partnerships with employersExcellent communication skills and the ability to promote the apprenticeship provision effectivelyJob OfferA salary of circa £49,500 and further benefits package.-
