Do you have Mechanical assembly or wiring experience?

We are looking for a dedicated Mechanical Assembler to join a prestigious company in central Birmingham.

Their products are manufactured for Aerospace, industrial, oil and gas, rail and Nuclear offering a wide range of durable and reliable products.


Requirements:
Previous and proven experience in a mechanical assembly or related field
Ability to read, understand and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints and diagrams
Ability and experience soldering
Strong knowledge of hand tools in electrical assembly
Exceptionally good attention to detail and manual dexterity

Responsibilities:
Installing and connecting, cables and electrical components
Ability to use hand tools and assemble electrical components
Knowledge of testing assembled products for functionality and quality assurance
Solder mechanical/ electrical components including LED boards
Mechanical assembly
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints and diagrams


The working hours for the successful Mechanical Assembler are Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:00pm and Friday 07:00 - 12:30, totalling 37 hours a week.

The rate of pay for the successful Mechanical Assembler candidate is £12.50 per hour.
