Conveyancing Assistant - Warwickshire

Excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a highly-regarded law firm.

Our client is a well-established law firm with 14 offices spread nationwide. They are currently looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Residential Conveyancing team in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

The role will involve providing full support to the firm's Conveyancing Solicitors to enable them to operate efficiently. Duties will include: preparing correspondence using their case management system, corresponding with clients (both on the phone and in person), administering filing systems, preparing mail, arranging the scanning and copying of paperwork, etc.

To be considered, you must have some conveyancing experience and be able to undertake searches, ID checks and other work on files without dictation.

On offer is a competitive salary of up to £23,000 (depending on experience) and an attractive benefits package.
