CONSTRUCTION (NON-CONTENTIOUS) LAWYER, 5+ PQE

LEEDS OR MANCHESTER WITH HYBRID WORKING OPTIONS

Competitive salary plus bonus and benefits

A brilliant opportunity for a Construction lawyer with non-contentious experience to join the Leeds or Manchester office of this innovative firm.

Our Client

Our client's specialist Construction team advises clients domestically and internationally on every element of a construction and engineering project. The team works across a range of sectors – from sport and retail to housebuilding and manufacturing.

The Role

You'll contribute to national and international construction and engineering ventures for major developers, as well as established national housebuilders, alongside contractors and subcontractors. You can expect to be advising a diverse group of clients that include local authorities, educational institutions, prominent football clubs, and entities within the automotive sector. Additionally, you will be advising on process engineering and renewable energy projects.

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is keen to recruit a non-contentious Construction lawyer with around a minimum of five years' post-qualification experience.

We are looking for a lawyer who shows a real passion for this area of work and enthusiasm for networking with businesses and key individuals within the sector. Previous experience of mentoring and/or managing more junior team members would be advantageous but is not essential.

The ideal candidate would have the flexibility to work for part of the week from the firm's vibrant Leeds or Manchester offices, each featuring a smartly-appointed and open-plan workspace.

The firm not only offers a suite of enticing initiatives but also fosters a supportive environment that champions and acknowledges the growth aspirations of its team. It also does a huge amount of CSR work within the North, with which it encourages its staff to become actively involved.

Any references to PQE/years' experience in our adverts are included purely as a guide and should not preclude candidates who believe they have the requisite skills and experience from applying.
