I am recruiting a business immigration partner with an established client base. You will have the opportunity to both lead and develop a business immigration practice on an top-tier employment platform in the London. You will be an ambitious and entrepreneurial candidate who is looking for an opportunity to maximise your earnings by servicing your client base on a competitive consultancy basis.

Client Details

Our client is an established top-tier employment law firm in London. You will also have access to an excellent existing employment and regulatory practice and client base. You will also have full autonomy over your day, with remote working.

Description

  • Handle all aspects of business immigration law
  • Provide expert legal advice to a range of clients
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the department
  • Lead and manage a team of lawyers
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Drive the strategic direction of the business immigration function
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Profile

A successful Business Immigration Partner should have:

  • A law degree
  • A substantial background in business immigration law
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
  • Experienced in BD and networking
  • A loyal portable client base
