Role:
The successful candidate will be instrumental in handling a diverse range of employment law matters. This includes providing legal advice on issues such as employment contracts, workplace policies, redundancies, employment disputes, and tribunal claims. The role requires a meticulous approach to case preparation and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of client care.

Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Employment Law
- Demonstrable experience in managing a caseload of employment law matters
- Strong advocacy skills with experience in tribunals or higher courts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear, concise advice
- Proven track record of business development and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
- Keen analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to legal research
