Job SummaryWe have EFL Teacher roles available in our centres at Rugby School, Uppingham School, Cheltenham College, Bedales School, and Queen Margaret's York in July and August 2024 as well as 24th March - 10 April 2024 at Rugby and Cheltenham.

You'll be expected to:
Maintain an inclusive classroom atmosphere that values every students' contribution.
Facilitate diverse activities, including debates, filmmaking and storytelling sessions, to make learning engaging and interactive.
Regularly monitor and assess student progress and adapt your approach as necessary.

Participate in daily brief meetings with the team to ensure a cohesive approach to the days objectives and to foster open communication.


We also have some Senior Teacher and Academic Manager/Director of Studies roles available, where you will be responsible for delivering our academic programme, ensuring students and Group Leaders are satisfied and supporting the teaching team.QualificationsRight to work in the UK - British/Irish Passport, Settled or Pre-Settled Status, Leave to Remain, Frontier Worker Permit or a Visa that allows work.

CELTA or TESOL preferred

DOS:
DELTA preferred but not essentialSalary and BenefitsNew Teacher - £485.00 per week
Returning Teacher - £510.00 per week

Senior Teacher:
£575 per week

Director of Studies:
£650 per week

12.07% holiday pay will be added to your salary

Travel Allowance
£30 one off payment towards travel to and from your centre

Full board + meals provided
Full syllabus and materials provided
Two paid training days provided
