Given this role falls within the public sector side of the business knowledge and experience with this customer base is paramount. Covering The Midlands and South this is a exciting prospect for a candidate who thrives being in a field based position.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage key accounts to increase sales and margins, meeting and exceeding targets and optimising potential.
  • Collaborate with strategic decision-makers to maximize selling opportunities, promoting and cross-selling all products and services.
  • Create, maintain, and share Account Development Plans for strategic clients to identify, target, and convert sales opportunities in key categories.
  • Develop tender and pricing proposals, contract bids, and documentation for new and existing business in partnership with the Commercial team.
  • Research, prepare, and deliver customer presentations through your expertise
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and coordinate with internal departments to effectively manage contracts, ensuring customer value is delivered.

Skills & Requirements

  • Experienced in Key Account management and a track record of growing new business opportunities.
  • An ambitious, driven, salesperson who thrives on exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, experience dealing with key stakeholders within a public sector environment.
  • UK Driving License is required.
