Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons within your subject
  • Planning and preparing lesson materials in line with the curriculum.
  • Assessing and evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback.
  • Managing classroom behavior to create a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and participating in school activities and events.
  • Engaging with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
Requirements

To be considered for the role you will:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement
  • A suitable qualification to teach i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
