An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) in Lichfield. This position is ideal for a passionate and dedicated individual looking to make a significant impact in their first teaching role. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic and personal development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons within your subject
• Planning and preparing lesson materials in line with the curriculum.
• Assessing and evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Managing classroom behavior to create a positive learning environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues and participating in school activities and events.
• Engaging with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.

To be considered for the role you will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement
• A suitable qualification to teach i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
