The Internship within Supply Chain - Customer Analyst - position demands a profound enthusiasm for data, numerical analysis, and innovative thinking. We are on the lookout for individuals who excel in Excel and possess outstanding numerical abilities, along with a fervent desire to tackle problems. Ideal candidates should be adept at grasping new ideas and applying their freshly acquired knowledge effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain - Customer Analyst at Ferrero, you'll embark on a comprehensive orientation program within our Customer Services team to gain a complete understanding of the department's responsibilities. This foundational knowledge will serve as a springboard for your crucial involvement across various operational sectors.

Your role will necessitate close collaboration with Customer Service team members and colleagues from different departments. Together, you'll identify stakeholder needs and potential areas for improvement, ensuring that our services continuously evolve to meet and exceed expectations. You'll play a vital role in the development and execution of continuous improvement projects and initiatives. These efforts aim to not only enhance service quality but also establish Ferrero as a leader in industry processes.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will lead or participate in key meetings planned to collect information, execute necessary actions, and maintain momentum towards achieving our strategic goals. Documenting all process improvements is essential, as it ensures the creation of clear and accessible Standard Operating Procedures.

A significant part of your role involves sharing regularly with your Line Manager these updates, which cover progress and any additional assistance needed to navigate challenges, are crucial for continuous advancement. Monitoring adherence to Customer Service KPIs, assessing performance data, and identifying opportunities for improvement will also fall under your purview. Furthermore, you will be accountable for managing, analysing, and sharing data from Business Intelligence (BI) tools, providing essential insights that support the team's

Effective workload management and advancing in a team environment are key skills you'll bring to this role. The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate, someone currently taking a gap year, or a final-year student working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Engineering, or similar fields. The ability to manage tasks efficiently and to work collaboratively within a team setting is paramount.

A pronounced interest in the consumer goods sector, with a particular focus on chocolates or confectionery, is vital. Candidates should demonstrate leadership qualities, the ability to work well in teams, and possess strong logical thinking, alongside excellent communication and collaborative skills. Being adaptable and capable of developing in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment will be advantageous in this role.
