We are seeking a motivated, passionate and committed P.E. teacher for an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and energetic school across KS3-KS5. in order to promote the highest achievement possible.

The successful candidate will be a passionate subject advocate, eager to communicate their enthusiasm for sport and physical activity in order to encourage students to strive for success, while developing an understanding of the importance of an active lifestyle. Applicants should be willing to teach a wide range of sports, be dedicated, enthusiastic and creative.

St. Mary Magdalene is a popular and successful school and is recognised by Ofsted as a 'Good' school. The secondary phase opened in September 2016 and provides a total of 900 places for students aged 11-16, along with a sixth form provision which opened in 2021.

Our Greenwich Peninsula Campus has its own chapel and we are lucky to have a Federation Chaplain who works across our primary and secondary phases.

As this role will involve contact with children we will take up at least two references before interview asking about your suitability to work with children.
