We are looking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support students with a whole range of special educational needs. This role will involve working closely with teachers to plan and prepare lessons in order to give pupils the best learning opportunities. You will support students in intervention classes, assisting them with accessing teaching and learning and work alongside teachers to adapt activities.

The position is to work on a permanent, part-time basis, 39 weeks (term time plus 5 trainings days), 32.5 hours per week. The pro-rata, actual salary, based on 32.5 hours will be from: Point 5 £17,783.78 – Point 7 £18, FTE – Point 5 £23,500 – Point 7 £24,294).
