Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company (CMBC) is one of the leading, historic brewers in the UK. Formed out of a joint venture between Carlsberg UK and Marston's PLC, we combine over 300 years of shared values, history, and heritage in UK brewing.

We are now recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join us on a temporary 6 month contract. Reporting to the Transport Manager, this role will be responsible for transporting our stock of lagers, ales, and craft beers from our Runcorn depot to our customers:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Driving lorries up to 26 tonnes, delivering stock to our customers.
  • Supporting the Driver's Mates and Warehouse team in loading/unloading stock.
  • Building brilliant working relationships with your customers and other departments.
  • Using your knowledge of the local region to safely deliver on-time.
  • Holding health and safety at the forefront of all processes.

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • A current and valid Class 2 Drivers Licence and CPC Drivers Card.
  • Up to date knowledge of the Highway Code and driving (health and safety) legislation.
  • Knowledge of local region.
  • Customer service
  • Manual handling experience and/or training desirable, however full training will be provided during induction.
