【Purpose of the role】
In accordance with our own group strategy, pursue customer satisfaction and meet the requirements thereof through on-time and full delivery arrangements.

You always comply with logistic regulations and taxation correctly.

【Duties, Responsibilities】

Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requestsKeen on customer demand and forecastArrange shipping documents (such as invoices, purchase orders and export docs etc.)Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and clientsOversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as neededcorrect discrepancies between physical and system stockIf necessary, source the necessary product to the customerAnswer customer inquiries in the first placeProactively communicate with colleagues and managers to ensure a good working environmentOther Misc. responsibilities may be added from time to time

【Essential knowledge, skills, qualifications】

Work experience as a BtoB Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse Administrator or similar roleKnowledge of SAP - logistics software, or transport management systemsBasic knowledge of Incoterms eg, FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)Eligible for working in the UK with no expiry dateExcellent organizational and time-management skillsIT literacy (Business level)Expert understanding of incoterms and import/export procedures and handling with custom agents and goods/shipments clearanceAble to prioritise and work under pressureCustomer order management and ability to negotiate with suppliers to meet customer delivery deadlinesBasic level of knowledge in forecasting and re-order management to manage inventoryExcellent written and oral communication skills in English

【Preferred knowledge, skills, qualifications】

Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, Logistics, or a related field.SAP Global certification or a related certificationIdeally if they have experience in chemical/lubricants industry then this will be preferred.Expert knowledge in handling Imports in the UK and exports to Europe after Brexit
