We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Drama to shape and create a brand new drama department. The candidate will also work closely with the Head of English.

You will have responsibility for leading rapid and sustainable improvement strategies designed to secure excellent outcomes and progression rates for all learners, promoting the highest standards in teaching, learning and assessment to maximise student achievement and progression.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of high-quality teaching with the ability to secure excellent outcomes.
