About the Role:

Our Installation specialists are the face of the John Lewis & Partners brand. For over 100 years we have worked hard to create an enviable reputation that we can all be proud of. You'll maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations, out on the road and in our customers' homes.

Whilst in our Customer's Homes you will carry out wet connections and TV & Audio installations along with the assembly of products. Once fully proficient in the Installer role, you will receive further training and development, to progress to a Technician position. The CDH Technician role includes TV Wall Mounts and Integrated appliances installations with all training taking place at one of our Technical Training Centres.

As a John Lewis & Partners Customer Delivery Driver Installer your typical day may involve:

Carrying out vehicle checks before you start your journey Handling a complex installation in a customer's homeUsing the latest in-cab technology and multi functional devices to navigate your dayWorking as a 2 person team you will be responsible for organising your day, including providing excellent customer service and operating within transport legislation requirements We hope you're tempted, and if not perhaps you have a friend or family member who would suit this role? Required essential experience skills and qualifications:

The ability to cope with the physical requirements of the role (this role requires heavy lifting).Previous experience driving above 3.5-tonne vehicles.Good communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.Excellent Customer service skillsDesirable experience skills and qualifications:
