Facade Engineer

We are working with a leading construction consultancy who are looking for a facade engineer to join their growing facade and fire engineering team based in Manchester. The facade engineer will be working on a variety of complex residential and commercial projects and will include work throughout the 7 RIBA stages. The successful facade engineer with have at least 4 years experience working as a facade engineer for a consultancy and ideally will have experience working on fire remediation and facade re-cladding projects.

Requirements of the facade engineer:

• 3+ years experience working as a facade engineer
• Degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• Experience working on commercial and residential premises - building envelope experience necessary

The proposed salary for the facade engineer is between 40k and 55k, depending on experience.
