Are you a recent graduate eager to create a positive impact? Charity Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and highly organised individual to join our team as a Graduate Administrator for an exciting Social Welfare Charity located in the City of London. This role entails office-based work for 4 days a week and home-based work for 1 day a week, starting immediately.
Role: Graduate Administrator
Location: City of London
Contract: One year FTC
Responsibilities:
You will support administrative tasks such as drafting letters, coordinating events, updating records and files, taking minutes, managing diaries, organising internal lunches, handling postal tasks, and fulfilling other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
You will assist in the grants program by preparing applications for review, researching organisations seeking funding, and managing grant processes.
Ensure meticulous attention to detail when updating and preparing assessment materials.
Experience:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a highly organised manner.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with individuals both over the phone and in person.
Attentive to detail to ensure accurate data tracking and monitoring.
